Wilson grip on my P365 measures about 1.19" while P10S grip measures about 1.15". I have both. Stock P365 is smaller than P10S, but P365X (longer grip) is not that much smaller.

From an ergonomic, accuracy and price standpoint, the P10S is much better for me. It is very accurate on both first shots and follow ups. The P10S vs 365 XL argument would be more apples to apples. Regardless of make and model it really comes down to how well you can shoot them. 99.9% of normies don't look for the tell-tale signs that someone has a CCW. I personally prefer hammer-fired guns but your mileage may vary.
My top contenders are the Sig p365 XL, a Cz P01, or maybe a CZ p10c. I really want to get something on the smaller side for comfortability while concealing but also having as close of a grip to a full size pistol as possible. I really dislike subcompact guns because I can never get a great grip on one, so my main concern is about the grip size. P10C is where its at, its called the Glock killer for a reason. FYI the handgun hero comparison website says that the P-01 comes in at 28.1 oz vs the P-10C at 26 oz. vs P-10S at 24.4 oz. Hellcat vs the P10C/s are complete different applications. If it was like Hellcat vs P365, that would make sense.
